      <image:caption>Hello and welcome. I’ve been practising yoga since 2010, when I was lucky enough to join a beautiful pregnancy yoga class. Since then I’ve practiced different types of yoga, from Iyengar, Hatha and Vinyasa through to Restorative Yoga, and it would be a privilege to teach you. Yoga can bring balance to body and mind, through connecting to the breath, moving with comfort in postures, and practising relaxation and meditation techniques. It is for everyone, of any age and of any fitness level. I have been fortunate to practice with and learn from some wonderful teachers.
